In 2006, Creative London teamed up with the city Government of Toronto in Canada, to organise a multi-city research and exchange project.
Together, delegations from both cities visited New York, Barcelona and Berlin, and a joint research team investigated the development of creative industries strategies in these and a selection of other cities.
